Are all items officially licensed?

Yes, we only sell 100% officially licensed products so rest assured you'll only find the best curated selection of authentic goods at Gacha Galaxy!

I'm looking for a specific gacha, can you order it for me?

Japanese gacha are generally produced in very limited quantities on a pre-order only basis to shops so it's rare we are able to fulfill special requests. If there's something you're looking for however, feel free to ask and we can check with our suppliers as well as our in-store stock.

Will you restock sold out gacha?

Generally once a series sells out, it is rare we are able restock it so be sure to act quick if you see something you like! Companies do however occasionally do reprints of popular series so be sure to sign up for stock notifications.

Where do you ship from?

We are located in the USA so your items will be delivered fast and tariff-free!

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We will be adding this feature as soon as we can but in the meantime, please contact us and we would be happy to place your order manually. Please note we are located in the USA so shipping charges can be high to certain areas.

Do you offer in store pickup?

Yes! Just select 'store pickup' during checkout. Our staff will prepare your order and email you when it's ready for collection. Our pop up store can be found inside Claw Zone in downtown Salt Lake City.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us right away if you require any changes to your order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will be happy to set up a return label to ship the items back. Please note all items must be returned in brand new unopened condition and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

We try our very best to package everything securely, but occasionally things can happen. If your order arrives with damage, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

My gacha arrived with minor paint defects, can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of gacha capsule toys, small imperfections such as minor paint defects are not considered eligible for return, as these are considered normal as per the manufacturer. If the issues are major however, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
